The Housing Authority of Richmond is now accepting applications for the waiting list for the Robinson Terrace, Smith Village and Willis Manor properties.
Application forms are available for pickup at the Housing Authority office, located at 402 Smith Village, Richmond KY 40475, or you may call (859) 623-1321 to have an application mailed to you. The list will remain open until such time as the number of applications reaches the desired ratio to annual turns.
