The Dillingham Heights location is split into two categories. Eleven units are rented through the Section 8 program and the other six units are strictly Housing Authority.
The 6 units in Housing Authority stock were constructed in 1991 and include 4 two-bedroom and 2 three-bedroom units.
The 11 Section 8 rentals were constructed in 2007 and include 5 two-bedroom and 6 three-bedroom units.
As with all other Housing Authority properties, the six units have water/sewer provided while residents are responsible for excess electricity and gas consumption. However, the Section 8 rentals of Dillingham are responsible for obtaining utilities in their name and paying this bill to the utility company.
The school district associated with this project includes Glenn Marshall Elementary, B. Michael Caudill Middle School, and Madison Central High School.
